I am an ICF-trained executive coach.  I refined my coaching skills in the trenches, as a functional executive and business leader in global corporations.  Throughout my corporate career, I consistently nurtured talent in those around me.  My coaching practice is focused on helping managers and executives leverage their personal experiences, inside and outside the workplace, to hone their unique leadership skills, attain growth and assume increased responsibility.
